Yupp, I'm on effexor, it seems to have helped with the anxiety a lot. I used to only have depression because I was fighting anxiety all the time then it kind of reversed. Now I'm on a good combo of meds plus doing the work and I'm seeing improvements.
My therapist told me when you're obsessing just tell yourself "It's my brain telling me that same old damn story again"
It kind of takes the power away from it, I use it everytime.
You have the right attitude and obviously enough life experience to know things always change. What feels permanently hopeless turns around in a heartbeat. This is my wish for you. 💙
I can relate to your words on so many levels. Please take care of yourself. One newsletter per week is great! It's essential to involve other people in your struggle. Find people you trust and invite them in. Don't emotionally vomit on them, but give them a little bit at a time. Please reach out if you need someone to listen.
Take good care of yourself! Thinking about you —
Thanks buddy
Oh my God, the depression is the worst. However, for me, the most pain is the anxiety. The one where you can’t sleep and are up all night obsessing

You have a support group here man, keep going!!
You will get through it. And honestly, one well-done newsletter a week is more than enough, as you say, take the pressure off.
After so much anxiety over the interview, it's like an emotional comedown. Does that make sense?

Thank you for this post. My son struggles with his mental health and your honesty helps me have a glimpse at what he could be going through. ❤️
Relapses happen and they’re never easy. I hope you’ve made your way to the other side of your relapse ❤️🩹

Riding the wave with you. Hold my hand.
